She has implemented multiple ISO management systems in the fields of Quality, Information Security and HS&E and have taken several companies to successful certification.

She has held executive positions in ICT and business resilience and have expert knowledge in information technology.  She has a track record of adding shareholder value by assertive responsible decision making across challenging logistics, commercial and geographic scenarios.  She is a “people’s person” and have lead many successful teams that performed well in a variety of scenarios.

Brian Henry

Professional Experience
Brian is the founder of Caridon Business Solutions and holds a BSc degree from the University of Cape Town and Diploma in Business Management. He has been a Fellow of the Business Continuity Institute since 1994 and serves as Chapter Chairman for the BCI SADC Chapter. He has served for over 17 years in total as a Consultant with three of the Big-4 consulting houses, providing support to client management on business systems issues.

He is also the facilitator and author of training courses from the Caridon Academy and PECB, and is a Certified PECB Trainer. His PECB certifications include ISO 22301 Lead Auditor and Lead Implementer, and ISO 37001Anti Bribery Lead Implementer. As a Business Continuity practitioner and consultant, Brian has managed and executed some of the most extensive and major BCMS implementation projects in Southern Africa, including crisis management planning, team development and BCMS evaluations and exercising.
